The brief
Where it started.
A small first-aid brand wanted its own storefront instead of a hosted platform: reliable guest checkout, stock that stays accurate, and minimal upkeep — plus a launch mode that captures restock emails while inventory is out.
What we built
So we shipped 5 pieces.
- 01StorefrontShop, product pages, cart drawer and success/cancel flow
- 02CheckoutStripe Checkout with a webhook that records orders exactly once and decrements stock
- 03One source of truthCopy, prices, kit contents and availability all live in Supabase
- 04Promos & give-backA spend-threshold free gift and a live give-back tally computed from orders
- 05Launch modeA coming-soon page that captures restock emails
Under the hood
The part worth a closer look.
The clever part
Each system owns one thing: Supabase holds content and stock, Stripe holds money (a sync script re-mints its immutable prices on change), and the webhook is the only writer of orders.
Stack
And what it all runs on.
- Next.js 16
- React 19
- Stripe
- Supabase
- Vercel
