Engagement shapes

Three common starting points. Most projects fit one of them cleanly. The rest get scoped after a call.

  • AI Website Audit

    From $1,500

When you want to know what AI could actually do for your site, before scoping anything bigger.

A read-through of your site, your stack, and your funnel — surfacing where AI would genuinely move the needle versus where it'd just be expensive theater. Written report, real recommendations, delivered in days.

    Timeline
    About a week.
    Best for
Owners who've been told they need AI but aren't sure where to start.
  • Single-Task Build

    From $4,000

Pick the worst hour of someone's week. We automate the boring 80%.

One focused build that replaces a recurring manual task. Drafting a weekly report. Handling inbound inquiries. Classifying documents. Trained on your real data — not generic AI dressed up.

    Timeline
    Two to three weeks.
    Best for
Teams with at least one repetitive task they could describe in two sentences.
  • Custom AI Build

    From $8,000

For when one task isn't the whole answer, but you don't need a full platform either.

Internal tools, knowledge bots, dashboards, multi-step agents that integrate with your existing stack — your CRM, your calendar, your documents. Built to sit alongside what you already use, not replace it.

    Timeline
    Four to eight weeks.
    Best for
Operations and service teams where the bottleneck spans systems, not just one task.

Larger engagements

Multi-system platform builds, agents with evals and oversight, or anything that runs longer than two months don't get a public anchor price. They need a real conversation before any number lands.

If that's the shape of what you're after, tell Echo what you're trying to make happen. The first call is free, the brief is yours to keep, and you won't be quoted on a problem we haven't scoped together.

Common questions

Things people ask before getting started.

  • Why don't you publish exact prices?

Because the price depends on what you're trying to make happen, and most people asking the question haven't yet decided. The starting-from numbers above are real — that's where most engagements at each tier actually land. The exact quote comes after a free conversation and a written brief, so you're paying for the build, not for our anxiety about scope creep.

  • What's included in a quote?

Discovery, scoping, the build itself, testing with real data, deployment, and a written handoff. Quotes are fixed — not hourly — so the risk of scope changes sits with us, not you. If something is genuinely out of scope mid-project, we'll talk about it before doing it.

  • How does payment work?

Half on signed scope, half on delivery. For larger engagements, we sometimes split it into milestones. No long-term retainers required to start. If you want ongoing support after launch, that's a separate, optional conversation.

  • What if the build needs to grow mid-project?

It happens. The most common version is that the original brief was solving the wrong problem, and we figure that out three weeks in. We pause, agree on what changed, and either re-scope or finish the original version and queue the new direction as a follow-up. We don't surprise you with invoices.

  • Do you offer ongoing maintenance after launch?

Yes, but only if you want it. Most builds run on their own once shipped — model costs and hosting are usually a few hundred dollars a month. If you want monthly check-ins, content refreshes, or new use-cases added on, we'll set up a light-touch retainer. Most clients don't need one for the first six months.

  • Are you a fit for larger, multi-month engagements?

Sometimes. Bigger builds — multi-system platforms, multiple agents with evals and oversight, integrations across your full stack — can run from $25k into six figures depending on shape. Those engagements need a real conversation before any number lands. The starting-from prices above won't apply.
