The brief

Where it started.

After moving to NetSuite, the decoration department had no shared view of where each job sat — status lived in people's heads and side messages. They needed a board inside NetSuite, without writing back to NetSuite records.

02

What we built

So we shipped 5 pieces.

  1. 01Lives inside NetSuiteA draggable, resizable panel on every NetSuite page
  2. 02Shared kanbanWorkflow stages with realtime sync for the whole team
  3. 03Auto-DetectReads the open sales order for docket IDs and imports them
  4. 04Smart promptsOffers to move dockets when artwork emails go out from NetSuite
  5. 05Team toolsAn in-panel proof viewer, aging flags, hand-off requests and an activity log
03

Under the hood

The part worth a closer look.

The clever part

It reads NetSuite's own page — saved-search columns, sales orders, button clicks — to infer docket state with no NetSuite API access at all.

Stack

And what it all runs on.
