The brief
Where it started.
A family-owned plumber serving five towns across three High Country counties needed a site that captures service requests, plugs into the field-service platform the office already runs on, and ranks for every service in every town it covers.
What we built
So we shipped 5 pieces.
- 01Local SEO matrixEight service pages crossed with every town served
- 02Lead captureA quick-callback hero form plus a four-step intake, protected by Turnstile, rate limiting and CSRF checks
- 03ServiceTitan integrationOnline booking widget, dynamic call-tracking numbers and server-side lead + attribution sync
- 04Membership & portalThe Priority Care membership page and a customer-portal entry
- 05Technical SEO & securityPlumber JSON-LD, dynamic share images, llms.txt and strict security headers
Under the hood
The part worth a closer look.
The clever part
Leads land in ServiceTitan with their marketing attribution attached, and phone numbers swap to tracking lines — every integration gated by credentials so the site never breaks without them.
Stack
And what it all runs on.
- Next.js 15
- React 19
- ServiceTitan API
- Resend
- Upstash
- Turnstile
- GA4
